1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the b9app platform available at b9app.bio, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "User") and b9app (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the b9app platform. Continued use of any feature of the platform — including browsing, placing bets, accessing casino games, or using payment services — constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

b9app reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards (CNIC), passports, and driving licenses. Accounts where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld until verification is complete.

Providing false information regarding your age or identity during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of b9app, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the b9app platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b9app login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. b9app strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Never save your password in a shared or public browser.

b9app will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact b9app support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

b9app operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

b9app supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (Tether), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at b9app's sole discretion.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name. b9app does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits made via cryptocurrency are processed upon blockchain confirmation and are non-reversible once confirmed.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses must have been fully met.
• The withdrawal method must match the original deposit method where reasonably possible.
• b9app reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

Account balances may be held in PKR (Pakistani Rupee), BTC, or USDT depending on your account settings and deposit method. Live exchange rate conversions are displayed within the platform. b9app is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PKR value of cryptocurrency balances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

b9app offers various bonuses, promotions, free credits, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on b9app contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Game contribution rates are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus funds not used, or wagering requirements not completed, within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the b9app platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game or event rules.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming activities on b9app. These limits are displayed within each game, market, or betting interface. b9app reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and to impose personal account limits on individual users where deemed appropriate.

6.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

In circumstances where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, b9app will apply void bet rules as specified in the relevant sport or event rules. In general, stakes on voided bets are returned to the user's account balance. b9app's decision on the outcome and settlement of any bet is final and binding.

6.4 Error Resolution

b9app reserves the right to void any bet or gaming transaction that was accepted as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or any other manifest error on the platform. In such cases, b9app will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and restore account balances to their pre-error state.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b9app and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent platform restrictions in a manner that violates these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour towards b9app staff or other users via any platform communication channel.

b9app employs monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, account activity anomalies, and potential rule violations. Any account flagged by these systems may be subject to review, temporary suspension, or permanent closure at b9app's sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the b9app platform — including but not limited to software, code, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game assets, data compilations, and the b9app brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of b9app or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b9app platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorisation from b9app.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any b9app software.
• Use b9app's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could imply an unauthorised association or endorsement.

Any unauthorised use of b9app intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b9app and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the b9app platform.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity, including losses sustained through betting, casino games, or any other wagering on the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, technical errors, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond b9app's reasonable control, including force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or telecommunications network disruptions.
• The accuracy, completeness, or legality of any third-party content or game content accessible through the platform.

b9app provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty, express or implied, is given regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform. You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion and financial risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

b9app is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered b9app users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your b9app account.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your b9app account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by b9app

b9app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Chargebacks filed against b9app by the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements, including the minimum age requirement.
• Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as disclosed in our fee schedule.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for cause, b9app may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any balance held in the account where that balance is directly associated with prohibited conduct. All licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease upon account termination.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

12.1 Amendments

b9app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, b9app will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the platform. Your continued use of b9app following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9app holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, to which you irrevocably submit for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

12.4 Entire Agreement
